Exercise with Back Pain - Only Exercise Caution

If you have a tender back, you need to treat it with care. But it doesn't mean you can't exercise.
You want to start slow and build frequency and intensity. A good chiropractor, trainer or physical therapist are perfect for watching over your workouts and making sure you exercise caution.
Great exercises for people dealing with back pain
Stretching is key to warming up the body before exercising. Make sure to spend in 5 to 10 minutes stretching before and after you workout. It will feel great too.
Part of relieving your back pain is building your core or stomach muscles. Pilates and yoga are great for building strength in your mid-section.
Remember to take it slow and have someone watch you and monitor your work.
